DCLS helps people with developmental disabilities to reach their full potential by living and belonging in community. In support of DCLS, ENKON hired a mentally and physically challenged female to work part-time in our office for approximately 4 years at which time she decided to pursue other opportunities. During her time with ENKON, she was trained in administrative duties including filing, photocopying, computer data entry, organizing recyclables and document scanning. She became a valuable member of our team and taught our staff that everyone deserves a chance and can provide valuable input to the company operation.
